KATIE KOSYAN

Katie Kosyan (formerly Bonneau) is a strategist and storyteller with more than a decade of experience in Los Angeles, New York, Denver, and abroad. She has built her career around her personal passions, focusing on food & beverage, travel & hospitality, and lifestyle brands. With deep roots in the industry, it is Katie’s job to understand thoughtful brand development and stay one-step-ahead of trends to tell your organic story in a way that resonates with your target audience and influential industry players. After launching her career at the top agencies, Katie founded BON Communications to bring dedicated, senior-level experience to clients she is passionate about.

When she’s not traveling in search of the best food, Katie can be found playing fetch with her dog Stella, cheering for the New England Patriots, and reading cookbooks.

MORGAN BLANNER

By way of Las Vegas, Nevada, Morgan comes from an immersive upbringing in the world of luxury hotels with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Her client experience ranges from high-profile hotels to esteemed restaurants and award-winning spirit brands. She leads several of BON’s restaurant clients, helping accrue titles including Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurants, Esquire’s Best New Restaurants, New York Times Best Restaurants in America, James Beard awards, and the Michelin Guide.

In her free time, you can find her catching a yoga class, trying a new restaurant, or strolling through the park on one of Colorado's 300+ sunny days.

 

EMILY GUARIN

Emily comes to BON with a rich background in hospitality after graduating from Cornell University with a concentration in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. With prior experience in full-service hotel operations, conference and event services, and public relations, Emily enjoys merging her holistic understanding of hospitality with her knack for creative, meaningful storytelling that amplifies brands’ purpose and passion points. A Southern California native, she is based in Los Angeles, California.

Emily can be found traversing the city’s hiking trails with her beloved aussiedoodle, Shiloh or ugly laughing at a comedy show.

BROOKE MCADAM

Brooke, a Bay Area native turned Boulder local, joins BON with a background in food and beverage, events, and marketing. She pairs a degree in Strategic Communications from CU Boulder with years of hospitality industry experience to make meaningful connections and craft stories with purpose. Passionate about food, wine, and spirits, Brooke’s knack for hospitality and love for storytelling come together synergistically in her strategic communications role. 

Off-duty, you'll find Brooke cracking a joke at a new restaurant, listening to live music, or shaking up a cocktail. 

 

MADELEINE MARKSON

A born and raised Texan, Madeleine brings her Lonestar State of Mind to Colorful Colorado. As a passionate communicator with a broad array of experience in all things storytelling, she brings her strong background in the hospitality and spirits industries to the team crafting compelling narratives and strategic campaigns for some of the nation's top restaurants and distilleries.

In her spare time, she enjoys throwing needlessly themed and overly complicated dinner parties, sweating at an OrangeTheory class, or watching Jeopardy with the fervor of any live sports fan.

LAUREN HOWARD

A lifelong storyteller and former Miss California, Lauren joins BON with specialized experience in the Denver food and beverage sector. She attributes her deep passion for the culinary industry to the distinct flavors of her multi-ethnic upbringing.

Off the clock, Lauren can be found planning her next shopping spree, watching a new film, or cuddling her cat, Tony Soprano.
